At Saanjhan Taufaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in gift hampers, many of our products are customized or specially packed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product missing from the order

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized gift hampers

  • Items damaged due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability

  • Orders canceled after dispatch

Refund Process

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.

  • After verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.

  • Replacement or refund will be initiated after successful inspection of the returned product.
